Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products and packaging controls, we do not accept returns of opened items.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

the outer packaging,

the inner packaging,
-
the item(s) received.
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Chargebacks / Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.
